In partnership with the Linden Hills Farmers Market, Jambor Heyman attorneys Jennifer Jambor-Delgado and Amanda N. Heyman will hold a "Good Food Law" workshop at Common Roots Cafe on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The happy-hour workshop, entitled "Scaling Up Your Food Business," will provide local food business owners with information about how smart legal strategies can help grow and protect their businesses.
The event will also feature Andrew Kincheloe, owner of Buddy's Small Batch Nut Butter, who will share his experience growing a local food business. Andrew will be available to answer questions and provide a practical perspective on the aspects of scaling up his peanut butter company (such as working with employees, finding a co-packer, entering a national market, and more).
Business owners who attend will have the opportunity to network, ask questions of our law firm team and guest speaker, and partake of local food and beverages. The cost of registration entitles you to a free drink, and the proceeds from the event will be donated to Second Harvest Heartland.
